Well I was able to talk to someone at the Apple Store on the phone this week. I was in Denver for business and got a call from an assistant manager. They were very nice and took my suggestions, not sure how far it will go, but I am glad they were interested in the feedback. They also sent me a Procare membership. I still would like to hear from someone at Apple Corporate as this could be an issue worldwide. I feel the suggestions I have could help all of the retail locations.
I got my new MacBook in the mail when I got back so I will be having some fun this weekend!
