Apple understands Customer Service

TUAW is reporting that Apple addresses iPod nano screen complaints.

I knew this was a big deal when I heard about the resolution this morning on the radio driving in to work.

In this day of complaints getting around the world before someone even contacts the manufacturer about a problem it is nice to see that Apple has responded quickly.

I could tell you about my bad Customer Service issues with Dell and how it took months to try and get a resolution (and even then it was an empty promise in the end), but that is for another day. Suffice to say, I know good Customer Service when I see it.
